Andrew McCook

Andrew McCook grew up in Downingtown, PA attending Downingtown East High School. At Downingtown East he was a 4 year varsity golfer and captain, he also played 2 years of basketball, and started on the lacrosse team. After graduating from East he attended Essex Community College where he played 1 year of lacrosse before getting an offer to attend and play at Flagler College. After some time at Flagler he decided that he wanted to focus more on personal training. Andrew is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Andrew’s passion is to help as many young athletes reach their goals and be able to compete at the highest level they can achieve.
